KnowledgeLake Software Requirements
Requirements for existing KnowledgeLake products
- Capture: Requires Capture 4.12 with KnowledgeLake Service Pack 1.
- Connect: Requires Connect 5.3.0.1 with KnowledgeLake Service Pack 1 (32-bit version of Connect is not yet supported).
- Currently not supported with Branch Capture Server.
Antivirus Exclusion Requirements
Exclude the following folders from antivirus scanning:
- The Inventory Service’s pack creation location, which is configured during installation
- The Inventory Service’s temporary pack folder, which is usually located at C:\ProgramData\KL\PackCache
- The Processing Service’s cache folder, which is configured during farm creation
- The Upload App’s temporary upload folder, which can be viewed or edited on the Configuration app’s Upload page
Network Load Balancer Requirements
For multi-server installations, configure the following setting on the network load balancer:
- Session State Persistence (Client Affinity, Sticky Session)
NOTE: This is only needed if running a multi-server farm
