Capture Server Pro - Modify Your Metadata

The Modify Your Metadata activity automatically changes the values in indexing fields according to configured scripts.

Configure Modify Your Metadata

1. Add the Modify Your Metadata activity to a process.
   1. Open the Designer app.
   2. In the Designer app, edit an existing process or create a new process.
   3. Select the Modify Your Metadata activity in the Toolbox panel, and then drag it onto the + icon in the design canvas, or click the + icon, select the Modify Your Metadata activity in the Toolbox panel, and then click Add.
2. Configure the Modify Your Metadata activity.
   1. Double click the Modify Your Metadata activity in the design canvas, or hover over the activity in the design canvas and then click the Configure. The Modify Your Metadata wizard will open.
3. On the Modify Your Metadata wizard’s Welcome page, click Next Page.
4. On the Modify Your Metadata page, enter a script for changing metadata values.
5. When you have finished entering your script, click Save Settings
