Issue Description
Clicking on the Assist tab in the Configuration App gives the following error- "Failed to retrieve directories."
Issue Resolution
This is generally due to not having endpoints configured properly for these two services. This can be rectified using the following steps:
- On the server, open Services (Task Manager, More details, Services tab)
- Ensure that both KnowledgeLake OmniService and KnowledgeLake Persistence Service are running.
- Navigate to the Endpoints tab
- Make sure there is a value entered for both the Persistence and OmniService
- Click Save on both services to ensure that the port numbers will give Success toast message
