Users can be added and removed from Catalogs in the Catalogs page within the Configuration App. These processes vary slightly depending on your catalog type.

The following actions can be performed on users:
- Add a Local User
- Add Users to an Active Directory Catalog
- Add Users to an Azure AD Catalog
- Remove a User
Add a Local user
- Open the Configuration app's Catalogs
- Select a local catalog from the Current Catalog
- On the Users tab, click Add a User. The Add a User window will open.
- On the Add a User window, configure the user settings.
- Type a Username.
- Type a Password that follows the catalog’s password requirements.
- Click Add a User.
Add Users to an Active Directory Catalog
- Open the Configuration app's Catalogs
- Select an Active Directory catalog from the Current Catalog
- On the Users tab, click Add a User. The Add a User window will open.
- On the Add a User window, create the list of users that you want to add.
- To add a user to the list, type the user name from Active Directory in the box and then click Validate. Repeat this process for each user that you want to add.
- To remove a user from the list, click the Delete button () next to the user that you want to remove.
- Click Add Users.
Add Users to an Azure Active Directory Catalog
- Open the Configuration app's Catalogs
- Select an Azure Active Directory catalog from the Current Catalog
- On the Users tab, click Add a User. The Add a User window will open.
- On the Add a User window, create the list of users that you want to add.
- To add a user to the list, type the user name from Azure Active Directory in the box and then click Validate. Repeat this process for each user that you want to add.
- To remove a user from the list, click the X button next to the user that you want to remove.
- Click Add Users.
Remove a User
- Open the Configuration app's Catalogs
- Select an Azure Active Directory catalog from the Current Catalog
- On the Users tab, select a user.
- Click User Actions> Remove User. The Remove User window will open.
- On the Remove User window, click Confirm.
