Issue Description
My newly added users don't have any options available in their Index panels in Scan, Index, and Upload.
Issue Resolution
In the latest release of Capture Server Pro, the security design around the content types changed from explicit allow to explicit deny. Add permissions by doing the following :
- Open Connections
- Click Permissions on the left hand side of the page
- Choose your user or group you'd like to edit, and select Granted next to any content type you'd like them to be able to Index
- Refresh the browser that the user is indexing on
Your user should now be able to see content types you've made available to them
